Our firm provides turnkey services from Architectural design and construction / renovation services for residential and light commercial projects. The architectural drawings are done using state of the art Autocad software.
Final set of working / permit drawings are used for:
- Building Permit applications
- Cost estimate by Building Contractor
- Building renovation or Construction
Design projects range from a simple garage addition to a full scale residential / light commercial design and renovations up to 6,000 square feet.

Lalit Verma has gained an enviable reputation as an innovative and artistic designer. Over the past 25 years, Lalit has done international and local work with Architectural offices and Construction companies in India, the Middle East and Ottawa.
Lalit Verma is a member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario.
